"Incredibles 2"

Happy 4th of July everybody! Sorry its been a while. We all get busy during the summer with so much to do and so many movies to look forward to. One in particular I've spent the last 14 years looking forward to seeing if it would ever come out since its original film. You know them, you love them Pixar's Incredibles.

Picking up immediately where the original leaves off the Parr family Bob/Mr. Incredible (Craig T. Nelson, Helen/Elastigirl (Helen Hunt) Violet (Sarah Vowell) Dash (Huckleberry Milner) and Jack-Jack (Eli Fucile) find themselves living in a hotel since their house was destroyed and in trouble with the law for saving the city from The Underminer (John Ratzenberger). Feeling lost with no government assistance and an uncertain future, Lucius/Frozone comes to them telling them that he's been approached by billionaire Winston Deavor (Bob Odenkirk) and wants to meet with them.
Learning from Winston and his tech-savvy sister Evelyn Deavor (Catherine Keener) that they want to help make Supers legal again by having a Super fight crime with their support as an advocate. Mr. Incredible of course is thrilled until he learns they want Elastigirl to be the one to do this. Feeling that this is their only shot, Helen embarks out as Elastigirl to make the world better for Supers leaving Bob to manage things back home. He soon comes to find that fighting crime and chasing bad guys is cake to managing three kids and their problems from school work, dating and the surprise discovery of Jack-Jack's abilities. Meanwhile Elastigirl is loving being back in the saddle, but with the threat of a new villain known as "Screenslaver" (Bill Wise) using high-tech attacks in an endless game of cat and mouse with Elastigirl, she must put the pieces together before they strike again.

The title describes it all, incredible. It was 14 years worth the wait to see this imperfect family, but amazing team of heroes come back and show us nothing is more super than the power of family. With great one liners, new memorable characters and scenes that will have you laughing until you fall out of your seat, there's no question they get a super rating of five G.M.Stars here with the hopes it will not be another 14 years for us to see them again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

"Incredibles 2" is currently in theaters but may not be for long.
